Oasis Renewal Centre, With over 48 acres, the Oasis provides a remote, quiet atmosphere featuring log-cabin dormitories, a lodge, and scenic walking trails surrounding three lakes.
Treatment Philosophy
Programming at the Oasis is for anyone ages 18 and older, and is based on a strong foundation in the recovery model of substance use disorders treatment emphasizing the 12-Step concepts. Evidence based techniques and programming such as Motivational Interviewing and the state-of-the-art-electronic-based HealthSim’s Therapeutic Education System are integrated into the diverse mix of treatment.
Consulting and Intervention Services
Family members may visit with a professional who will explain addiction, the intervention process, and assist in developing strategies to provide the maximum support for the addict while leveraging him/her into making a healthy choice about abuse/dependency.
A similar service is available to employers with a focus on identifying work-related signs of alcohol/drug dependencies and strategies for interventions that allow the employee to maximise his/her professional potential without the self-destructive behaviours.
Oasis Renewal Center
The Oasis offers a beautiful relaxed setting for this intervention with family cabins located on the premises. However, an interventionist is also available to meet at a business location or other area more conducive to interaction with the person in need of treatment.
