Centre Description

De Exeter House rehabilitation centre in Ireland is an independent private company, dedicated to the provision of residential respite and rehabilitation for stress, addiction, dual diagnosis and a wide range of mental health issues. We also provide day care and after care plans for our clients. The Education department offers a range of  courses, presentations and information, courses including preventative programmes designed to inform and enable both individuals and employees to make better lifestyle choices in relation to stress, addiction and mental health. 

For those  seeking residential rehabilitation for addiction, mental health and stress related problems, we provide a fully comprehensive assessment and care plan at our custom built residential facility. Our experienced and professional team provide 24 hour care and support to a maximum of 8 clients at our comfortable and serene house in the spectacular Donegal countryside.

Here at De Exeter House we attract a wide range of international clients for which we arrange a pre-admission telephone interview  to assess their needs and ensure that a comprehensive care plan is made available where possible.

Admission 

After Initial contact

Referral details are recorded and our information brochure is sent out with an application form. On receipt of your completed application form we will contact you to carry out a pre-admission assessment focussing on background information and heath issues. Permission to contact your GP will be requested in order to obtain a medical report, which will assist our own doctor in preparing for your admission, facilitating continuity of care. Having satisfied the pre-admission assessment, an admission date will be arranged. An initial deposit will be required to secure your place on our programme.

On Admission

Our professional team will carry out a comprehensive assessment of your care requirements from which your individual care plan will be developed.

Each week your progress and needs will be reviewed and your plan modified to support your needs. Our doctor having reviewed and discussed your medical report with your GP can assess any medical requirements.
