CEO of Michaels House in Palm Springs, California

This position provides leadership and oversight of all operational activities of Michaels House. The CEO is responsible for enhancing productivity, compliance issues, fiscal management, quality assurance, and overseeing the therapeutic milieu. The CEO represents Michaels House in the industry and maintains working relationships with industry leaders and key referents.

Candidates will have a Masters Degree in a related field, five to ten years of executive management experience, five to ten years of management in a clinical, psychiatric or developmental setting and extensive policy and procedure experience. A licensed individual is preferred.
